Editorial and technical qualification method
ventilacion.cat combines an independent editorial library with a limited initial-assessment journey. Sources support general claims; Viktor’s practical experience helps structure real situations; neither replaces the design, company or competent professional required for regulated work.
Independent editorial rules
Each guide is built against a closed source register. Regulatory claims use the CTE DB-HS3, RITE, Generalitat and other official sources; health statements stop where World Health Organization guidance stops; a quantitative value appears only when an identified source supports it.
A commercial source may help with terminology but cannot create a legal duty. Missing metrics are not invented. Review dates change only after substantive review, and every guide shows what it does not solve.
All five languages are written separately and coverage is selective. That is why assessment and profile pages have CA, ES, EN and RU owners, rather than a fabricated FR page added for parity.
Practical experience without invented authority
Viktor’s profile is based on the completed capability questionnaire and publishes confirmed experience only: ventilation and airflow checks, condensation and poor renewal, extract fans, VMC, single and double flow, heat recovery, decentralised and whole-property systems, ducts, residential and commercial environments, restaurants, garages, and split, multisplit and ducted air conditioning.
This does not make Viktor an accredited reviewer of the whole library or the personal holder of every regulated authorisation. Verified personal RITE and F-Gas credentials have not been established in his name. He does not independently sign, certify or legalise work assigned to an authorised company or competent professional.
How an enquiry is qualified
The initial assessment organises observable facts: property, area, symptoms, affected rooms, system, stage and scope. Photos and video help explain a configuration; they do not produce a determination.
The first outcome may be that a visit makes sense, more information is needed, another trade should come first, or a possible project requires a verified authorised chain. An initial airflow reading is indicative, not commissioning, a RITE inspection or a certified report. Ventilation assessment does not diagnose leaks, rising damp or envelope defects.
The commercial boundary fails closed
The repository separates experience, assessment, direct offer, and regulated execution or certification. The evidence register keeps company identity and registrations, RITE habilitation, F-Gas certificates, insurance, competent designer, sample documents, RACI, lead-transfer basis and reverification calendar unresolved until evidence is supplied and checked.
While required evidence is missing, the related cluster cannot be presented as a direct offer. Regulated VMC and heat-recovery installation, commercial, restaurant and garage systems, RITE or F-Gas air-conditioning scope, refrigerant work, commissioning, certification and legalisation remain locked.
One verified item does not unlock everything. For each scope it must be clear who contracts, invoices and warrants; who carries out and supervises the work; and who signs.
Independence, corrections and data
Aleksandr Prokofyev is responsible for the publication. Viktor supplies the practical technical experience described. Any authorised company or professional would have a distinct contractual role and would need to be identified as such.
Real enquiries may reveal editorial gaps, but a guide is not rewritten to favour a sale and must remain useful without contact.
