Technical scope and services
Ventilation and climate-system services
This is the entry point for work that Viktor knows and carries out through practical experience: from understanding why air is not being renewed to planning a system for a whole home or commercial space. Scope is confirmed case by case and, where regulation requires an authorised company, competent professional or certification, the work is accepted and delivered only with that chain in place.
When this route is most useful
- You need a ventilation solution for a whole flat or house, rather than a quick replacement of one small appliance.
- A refurbishment or design-stage project needs supply, extract, ductwork or heat recovery to be considered together.
- The existing system moves too little air, is noisy, misses several rooms or does not deliver the expected outcome.
- A commercial unit, restaurant or garage needs air renewal to be reviewed and coordinated with other disciplines.
- The project involves split, multisplit or ducted air conditioning and the scope needs to be qualified before execution is discussed.
Confirmed areas of work
Assessment and checks
The first task is to separate an air-renewal issue from water ingress, a building defect or a problem that belongs to another trade.
Practical technical delivery
Ventilation and symptom review
Assessment of poor air renewal, condensation, high humidity, odours and existing-system behaviour, with photos or video used as prior context.
Practical technical delivery
Airflow checks
Observations and indicative supply or extract measurements used to understand operation; they are not presented as an official inspection or certificate.
Practical technical delivery
Preliminary calculation
Initial sizing to compare technically plausible options before a formal project or signed technical document.
Whole-home VMC and ductwork
The main focus is larger projects where the air path has to work across several rooms and as one coordinated system.
Supply and extract systems
Balanced or extract-led systems with inlets, terminals, ducts, room-to-room transfer and discharge reviewed as one arrangement.
Single- and double-flow VMC
Practical experience with single-flow VMC, double-flow VMC and decentralised solutions for flats and houses.
Heat recovery
Heat-recovery integration where space, routing, access for maintenance and airflow balance make it sensible.
Whole-home ducts and terminals
Routing, installation and resolution of openings, access points and terminals within the applicable technical and documentation scope.
Bathrooms and local extract
Small tasks are part of the real experience, but they are normally considered when they belong to a broader fault or can be grouped sensibly.
Supporting scope, not an acquisition priority
Bathroom extractors
Selection, replacement, maintenance and repair in relation to the duct, power, noise, airflow and replacement-air path.
Supporting scope, not an acquisition priority
Existing extract systems
Review of grilles, terminals, fans and ducts where extraction is weak or the route is unclear.
Commercial spaces, restaurants and garages
Commercial work needs more coordination: use, occupancy, routing, fire, noise, electrics and documentation can all change the scope.
Commercial ventilation
Residential and commercial supply-and-extract systems for offices, units and larger installations.
Restaurants
Dining-area air renewal and supply/extract systems; greasy commercial-kitchen extract cleaning is excluded.
Garages
Experience with garage ventilation, always tied to the design, controls and competent professionals required for the specific case.
Air conditioning and refrigerant circuits
Climate-system work is disclosed as real capability, not as a new SEO vertical or a promise of regulated work without the right operating chain.
Split, multisplit and ducted AC
Installation, maintenance and repair experience, particularly for new projects and work of sufficient scope.
Supporting scope, not an acquisition priority
Condensate, odours and maintenance
Review of condensate drainage, technical dirt, odours and operating faults; control boards are replaced rather than repaired at component level.
Refrigerant work
Experience with refrigerant circuits and refrigerant operations, carried out only within the applicable authorised chain.
What is excluded or needs another responsible party
- Building defects in windows, slabs, façades, roofs or water-entry points are not corrected.
- Greasy restaurant-kitchen extract cleaning is not provided.
- Wet or dry diamond cutting is not provided.
- Unverified personal RITE or F-Gas credentials are not attributed to Viktor.
- Viktor does not independently sign or legalise regulated projects, commissioning or certificates.
- Where formal plan or project integration is required, the applicable architect or competent professional takes that role.
- No municipality-specific offers or pages for unverified brands are created.
How regulated work is confirmed
The experience described here supports real technical preparation and delivery, but it does not replace the documents or responsibilities required by law. Before regulated scope is accepted, the authorised contracting or executing company, the professional responsible for the design or technical memorandum, and the party responsible for commissioning, certification or legalisation are confirmed. This page does not represent Viktor as personally holding RITE or F-Gas credentials.
Practical working area
Barcelona and roughly a 100 km radius. Distance is considered together with the property, project stage and scope; whole-system projects take priority over isolated small repairs or maintenance visits.
